
ASCEND CHALLENGE
The Full Challenge
This challenge was designed mainly as a way for me to reboot my life and evolve into the person I should be. There is no doubt that many other challenges like this are helpful, and I've participated in many myself. I've always had great success; however, I like anything that I couldn't stick with for 3 months, which never really developed into a habit that was second nature to me. A lot of these challenges are also semi-one-dimensional; they usually focus on the physical-mental (discipline) aspect or the financial-mental (discipline). I feel like these two things are linked far more than people think. A lot of systemic health issues people suffer from are caused by stress, and the one thing that links all major stressors is money. This challenge isn't some make-money bullshit or 6-week abs guide, but rather just making people well aware that in order to break free from the stress of money, they must pay attention to it. Thus, this challenge of self-improvement and ascent was born.
The challenge itself is fairly straight forward but will have weekly focus ideas
so you can slightly lean more into areas where you may feel like you should improve.

The purpose for this challenge is to literally repurpse your life. Without a purpose or plan you can end up putting in effort only to be walking the wrong path. The reason I believe working on all three parts of your life physical, financial and mental is the only way to ASCEND is because those three directly translate to the three most important things in every single persons life which are Health, Wealth and Relationships. It's very hard to have these three things but its even harder to have 2 and have one in disarray. I've been there done that and it doesn't work, in the end the one that isn't stable destroys the other two.
At the end of the three month challenge we will be doing give-aways and prizes for people who excel in the challenge. Eventually the top 5 people will be chosen and then voted on by the community for the top 3 places. Each will be given prizes but that doesn't mean if you participated that you too can't also win. As the challenge goes on there will be random give-aways on posts in the Facebook group and discord for people who are the most active, the most helpful, and the most willing to share their journey. I haven't yet decided what these prizes will be but obviously some of what we make will be on that list, however that might be something voted on as the challenge comes to a close.
I chose to make this for myself in a rough draft a few years ago, but wanted to make this far more accessible and formal for everyone. I feel it is incumbent on myself if I am in a business that tries to make peoples lives more healthy that I provide resources that DON'T REQUIRE MONITARY INVESTMENT, that cover more than just physical appearance and health to help you achieve that state of being. I do not want this to be a one time goal for you, I want the feeling and confidence you will have in yourself at the end of this ASCENTION to be a DEAFULT MODE OF BEING.
For Three Months You Will

Workout everyday for a minimum of 1 hour ( this can be cardio, any combat training, and weight lifting)

Create a log (ideally on paper) of your current bank statement and how much you spend

Walk outside twice anytime for 10 minutes totaling 20 minutes

Practice some form of meditation / prayer / gratitude journaling in the morning or evening there is no time requirement and you should do as many of these that fit your alignments.(I do all three)

Follow one way of eating. I hate the term diet as in implies that its for a time period. This is how you want to life and feel forever so pick one that is healthy and sustainable for you. (I personally eat 90% meat and the remainder is fermented foods and dairy)

Once a week spend 3-4 hours away from screens and phones. This only has to be done once a week but should be done within one time block. Staying away from screens sounds kind of boomer, I do think its worth taking a break to remove the constant nagging. However I'm well aware that people need phones and PC's to create content, work and build businesses, so to cut that off just puts you behind your competition.

Pick one skill and devote 18 minutes a day to learning it. it does not have to be a skill directly tied to money. Leave the ego at the door for this one. 18 minutes a day for a year is 100 hours which makes you better than 95% of the people in that skill.

Make a progress log which can take any form (pictures, written, video) of your physical progress but also how you are feeling at the end of each day so any time you feel discouraged you can see measurably how far you have come. Taking progress pictures alone may not show you everything that you are improving. At the end you can then visualize the journey as a whole and extrapolate to where you could be in 10 years.
